Hey there! My name is Gina Kalil. I am a certified life coach and holistic chef.

I believe in the power of healthy foods, mental wellness, movement, and a positive attitude. I am passionate about showing you how to live a vibrant life by using the power of your mind and the bounty that mother nature has provided to you, along with a simple plan of action.

Growing up I was always the master organizer and planner. I pursued a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering because I have always been very calculated in how one approaches a goal or problem. I look at every challenge as a situation that just needs a thought out plan, a method of execution, and consistency. The key piece is that all this must happen internally in the mind before it will show up externally in the world. This was a big challenge for me to overcome. After countless decades of personal trial and error and thousands of dollars in training, I finally got it. And everything changed.

I found that the reason I was not succeeding wasn't because I didn't know what to do, or how to do it. It was because I didn't have a good plan in place, a consistent way to execute that plan, and a matching mindset to go along with it. I was trying to achieve my future goals based on my past thinking. To really make a change, it is not about the how. It's about the intention of the how.
I created this site to help you where you need it most. I offer tips and proven systems that you can do right now, today, that will help change and improve your situation and get you on track. If you want to dig deeper into your personal goals and journey, I work with you to fit your current needs and lifestyle and we create a plan and that never stops working.
