The truth is that the journey never ends. It is a dedication to a better lifestyle an healthier you each and every day. There are a lot of us in this par to four journey. We are not new to working out or eating right, but we are not experts either. If you are like me, the one thing that you may need right now is a plan and accountability! Nobody wants to go it alone. How many times have you started and quit. Or took a day off and it turned into a month?! How many times have you said, "I know I should or I need to get my workout in, but..." and then didn't!
