Simple and Favorite Snack

I am so excited to share with you one of my most favorite and simple meals.

These are nori rolls! Also known as non-fish sushi rolls. They are super delicious and you can really make them with anything you have on hand! You can use traditional foods like rice and vegetables. You can opt for quinoa instead of rice. I like to add tempeh and mango to mine as well. Put in some avocado or sprouts or anything that your little heart desires.

You can even make a desert version with fruit and coconut! Ooooooo weeee! That's for another post.
