Why I Think Home Workouts are AMAZING

Hey guys!!
So I was writing an article today and went on a huge tangent into why my at home workouts were so cool. So I thought...why not share that with you! Enjoy!
Here are some of the coolest things about at-home workouts:
1. You get to wear whatever you want when you do the workout. Score!
2. You decide what time you want to do it. Morning, night, 3 am. Whatever you want!
3. You choose who you want to join you - if you have kids or someone that gets in your way... you can ask them to join you, or you can take it outside!
4. You can do them from anywhere - your home, your friends home, a hotel, a park, the playground, the beach... literally anywhere.
5. Nobody is going to judge how you do the exercise or how you look.
6. If you are having tummy issues that day, nobody is around to experience an embarrassing moment! (ha ha..... you all know what I mean if you have been in a public exercise atmosphere before!! Sorry I had to throw this in here because it is real life people!)
7. If you are just not feeling it that day and you need to take a break, you can come back to it at any time. Does that take the stress down a notch?
8. You have a personal trainer telling you what to do during every second of the workout - that is priceless for staying safe and motivation!
9. You tend to stick to your workouts more often because you have no excuse to not stand up in your own home and get moving... even just for 10 minutes!
10. If you need to do something over and over and over again until you master it, you can.
11. If you do a full intense yoga workout and you want to go to sleep after you corpse pose... you can. Goodnight!
