Dress up your Drinks!

Drinks. We all love them. Some better than others.

Here is a great way to stay hydrated, reduce bloating, and turn your cocktail hour into any hour of the day.

Ready?

Dress up your drink! What does that mean? Well, there are a lot of ways to make a drab drink fab.

To keep things on the light side, our base is always water.

Here are some of my favorites:

*Filtered water chilled overnight with some frozen fruit. The fruit melts into the drink and provides natural flavor! So delicious!!!

*Filtered water with limes or lemons; cucumbers or mint; or even some blueberries and lemon zest.

*Even sparkling water can add a twist of fun.

You can even add edible flowers to the top and let them float around. Looks pretty and when something looks good you are more likely to consume it! So the more dressed up you can make your not so fun drinks, the more likely you are going to ring in the benefits!
